“El Ultimo Gavilán” is a luxury holiday home. It faces due south and has panoramic and uninterrupted views of the sea.
It is situated on high ground at the edge of the residential district of Monte de Los Almendros, so that open countryside is only a few minutes away. This also means that there is hardly any traffic as the road is a cul-de-sac.
The villa is approached by a short flight of steps leading up from the entrance patio.
There is parking for 2/3 cars, which is secured with electrically operated gates and intercom. The living accommodation consists of 2 lounges, the first is on the lower level of the villa which seats up to 6 people and a second on the first floor. Dining area with seating for 8 people adjacent to the lounge, 5 double/twin bedrooms with electric radiators, 5 bathrooms (4 en-suites) and an alfresco dining area on the covered terrace overlooking the heated swimming pool, sun terrace and garden.
From the lounge, french doors lead to a covered terrace, with seating area, dining area and bar. The views from here are amazing. We find that most of our guests prefer to eat at the table here rather than in the dining room.
The master bedroom (which is on the second floor) has a king-size double bed, with a luxury en-suite. A large rooftop terrace with magnificent views, can be accessed either from the bedroom patio doors or from the beautiful spiral staircase. The second double bedroom is found on the first floor and has twin beds and full en-suite.
